General Summary
Discuss, Design, Configure & implement various Business Intelligence reporting solutions across ES and maintain it. Provide continuous support to Maintain and improve utilization of Business Intelligence reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
System Configuration:
-
Analyze and Configure BI reporting cross modules based on business requirement.

Troubleshooting all system related issues.

Support integrated reporting with other SAP and non-SAP modules
-
Work with implementation partners in case of different reporting tools and services.
Functional Consultation:
-
Write functional specifications and assist technical team in developing data sources.
-
Identifying data targets and its related standard data sources for various tools.
-
Should be able to translate the business reporting requirements.

Work with End user department and prepare a Business Intelligence reporting roadmap.

Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
-
Providing reports through office/specialized applications to improve business processes
-
Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data
Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Contd)
System support:
-
On time support for all users.

Monitoring ETL for Business Warehouse solutions
-
Improve Reporting system performance checks.
-
User friendly access to the end users for multiple systems consolidated reporting.
Training and Development:
•Provide training to related business intelligence reports end user for all features exist on the reporting tool.
•Training to End users; Prepare and update user training material.
Procedural Stability:
• Continues review of all BI reporting solutions implemented.
Implementation and Execution:
• Manage roles and authorization
• Control the migration of data and integration
• Manage system upgrades with the help of the system administrators.
• Analyzing and Modelling Reports and dashboards based on the business requirements.

Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
Bacheloer in Engineering
Any preferred professional training
- Certification in SQL, Oracle database
- Certification in SAP, Microsoft reporting tools etc.
Professional Experience (Must haves)
5+ years Experience in Business Intelligence of a large organization
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations
Minimum 4 end to end business intelligence reporting experience i.e. SAP BW/BO, Microsoft Power BI, Python etc.
